What is the return policy?

  • If you are not fully satisfied with a product, call e-DentalDpot within 10 days of the shipping. We will issue a full credit or refund. For customers in the continental US, e-DentalDpot will send a pre-paid UPS shipping label to return any unused product. Just box it up with a copy of the invoice, affix the label, and give the package to UPS at your convenience.
  • Returned products may be subject to a 25% restocking charge or damaged packaging fee
  • All returned goods must have Return Authorization Number. Please call to 1-800-515-8215 to request a Return Authorization Number.
  • All authorized returns must be received by e-DentalDpot in original packaging, accessories, documentation and in original condition for credit considerations   (No opened items or equipment)
  • All outbound repair / warranty freight charges are the responsibly of the customer.

 

 Does e-DentalDpot charge a shipping fee?

  • E-DentalDpot charges the shipping fee from UPS
  • Next Day Air and other premium shipping services are available at an extra cost.

 

Can you order a product that is not shown in the website?

Depending on the manufacturer this can be possible. It can take up to 4 weeks to ship the product.  These orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

 

What is the latest I can place my order for same day shipping?

Orders received by 4 pm Mountain time Monday-Friday are usually shipped the same day.

 

 How to buy a product?

1) Go to "Add to Cart" button to place an item in the shopping basket.

2) After a product is added to the shopping basket, you can click the "View or Edit Cart" buttons to update quantities or remove products from the basket

3) Once you are done selecting the products, can click the "Checkout" link

4) Next, complete the required Billing, Shipping and Payment information.

5) Finally, select the Order Complete option to complete the transaction.

6) Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent and the product(s) shipped to the designated address.

We accept MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER and wire transfers.

 

Warranty Information:

All products sold by e-DentalDpot are guaranteed by their respective Manufacturer & Warranty Policies.  E-DentalDpot will not be responsible for labor charges or shipping charges to/from the facility. The Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover normal wear or stains on surface finish or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or accidents incurred in shipping and handling. All claims against the freight carrier must be initiated at the time the damaged items are received. Parts and Labor required for yearly servicing of equipment are not included in any type of Warranty. Most manufacturers will repair or replace the Item depending on their evaluation. We reserve the right to make modifications without the need for prior notification and are not obliged to modify previously manufactured items.

Warning: Only authorized service technicians should attempt to service equipment. Service performed by any unauthorized technicians may result in a voided warranty. E-DentalDpot will not be responsible for technical service charges relating to the installation of any equipment requiring software or computer hardware integration unless previously agreed upon under written contract.
